5. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.

Mobile Care Egypt reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on the customer’s location.

Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery up to three times.

Orders held for more than 7 days after delivery attempts are not the responsibility of Mobile Care Egypt.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Products eligible for return must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories

  • Be in the same condition as received

For defective or damaged products, returns are accepted within 30 days, and refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Products missing accessories

  • Products listed in the Hot Sale section

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mobile Care Egypt website including logos, images, text, and product descriptions are the intellectual property of Mobile Care Egypt and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Care Egypt shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
